Search and refine your choices

Click on a jewellery thumbnail and you will be taken through to its page where you can view the piece in more detail. Your browsing options are automatically stored and displayed, and you can delete or edit your selections at any time. The numbers of items you have selected as being of interest are constantly displayed. You can also refine your browsing using our Products Search Results Template. It allows you to refine your search by preferred characteristics such as price, colour, type, uniqueness and trends etc.

Shopping Basket

Add an item to your shopping basket and you will either see an extended summary showing you an image of the item together with its name and price. Or when the extended summary isn’t displayed the number of items and total price is shown instead.

The basket will list the items you have selected with each item’s image, name, price and the quantity, and whenever you change the quantity the purchase total will adjust automatically.

All orders are paid in British Pounds, and the total price of the basket can also be viewed in Euros or Dollars. However please note this is not a live currency converter and prices quoted are for illustration purposes only.

Send to a Friend

For single items, you can also send a friend a personal message email with your selection. It will include both the recipient’s name and your name, together with an image of the piece of jewellery you’ve selected for them, its name, price and a link to purchase.

Once you have opened an account you can edit your account details, edit billing and delivery addresses, change your password, view previous order and order status, cancel an order up until it’s dispatched, return items and track your orders.

Checkout

Step 1 – Log in

You can make a purchase with or without creating an account, but opening an account saves you time each time you make a purchase by not having to repeat entering required information. To open an account click here.

Once you open an account you will be sent a confirmation email.

Step 2 – Billing and Delivery Address

  1. Enter your billing address here.
  2. Enter delivery address here.
  3. The price of delivery to the delivery address is added as a sub total.
  4. Delivery of orders above £250 is free.
  5. VAT is added for deliveries within the UK or European Community (EC).

Step 3 - Confirmation

A confirmation of your order and despatch will be emailed to you.

Step 4 - Payment

Secure payments can be made via debit or credit card and in British Pounds. Should a card be declined, you will be able to re-enter your payment information. On approval, you will receive a confirmation email summary of your order and you will be emailed a receipt and your tracking number of the shipment, as soon as the payment has been processed.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, JCB, Maestro, Electron or Solo. You can also pay for all or part of your order using ExpressionsDesBijoux Gift Vouchers.

We also accept payment by BACS or CHAPS - however, please note that we will be unable to dispatch your goods until payment has been received and cleared to our account. For further information regarding payment please contact us at customercare@expressionsdesbijoux.com.


Delivery

Your security is of paramount importance to us so we have made sure you can buy with confidence.

Orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or to a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.

For security purposes all our delivery methods require a signature.

We are currently not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases.

Only one charge will be made for your order providing all items are delivered to the same address. If you require multiple delivery addresses then please contact us at customercare@expressionsdesbijoux.com to arrange.

FREE DELIVERY on orders over £250

We dispatch all orders as soon as possible subject to product availability and clearance of payment. Please note we may need to contact you to carry out security checks. If we are unable to contact you using the phone number given, it may delay your order.

Deliveries will need to be signed for in person. In the event that no one is available to receive a Special Delivery item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection point.

Non-EU orders are exclusive of VAT. Therefore, VAT (20%) will be removed from the order at checkout.

Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Expressions Des Bijoux Return Policy

ExpressionsDesBijoux always aims to provide high quality goods that are fault-free and undamaged. However, if for any reason you find the item(s) you have purchased unsatisfactory, please rest assured that you may return the item(s) within 7 working days of delivery. Our pledge to you at ExpressionsDesBijoux is that you are always totally satisfied with our service. Please note that a product can only be accepted when returned to us in its original, unused condition (including all original plastic packaging and tags).

Should you wish to return or exchange an item, ExpressionsDesBijoux is happy to offer you an easy, hassle-free service; please simply complete the following steps.

Go to your Account and click on the product you wish to return,

You will need to complete an online Return Form stating the reason for returning the item.

NOTE: If you have not opened an account with us yet, no worries, just email us your reason for returning the item at returns@expressionsdesbijoux.com , this email acts as your Return Form.

We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging. Returned items must be returned inside the original packaging and be returned to us in the way it was delivered to you. ExpressionsDesBijoux will not accept returns for any items that have been worn or damaged in anyway.

All item(s) must be unworn and in their original condition with no signs of damage and with the security tag intact.

If any items develop faults within their warranty period, you are entitled to a repair or replacement under the terms of that warranty.

In the event of failure to return any item to us within the time limits stated, even though validly cancelled, we reserve the right to charge any costs for the recovery of such items.

For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on earrings.

Bespoke items and Special Orders cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstance.

If any goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, customers should notify us by email at returns@expressionsdesbijoux.com strictly within 7days to arrange collection and return.

If goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have arrived damaged. In any event, you should report such damage to ExpressionsDesBijoux within strictly 7 days and arrange collection and return.

Returns received outside the above time frames can be accepted at the discretion of Expressions Des Bijoux. If you return the item simply because you do not like it and you wish to exchange it for another piece of jewellery; if that has NOT been worn or damaged in anyway , Please contact us at returns@expressionsdesbijoux.com

Note: ExpressionsDesBijoux may refund the shipment costs occurred at our discretion. This refund will be in the form of a CREDIT NOTE which can be used against any form of future order (either gift vouchers or any other chosen jewellery). This credit will be valid up to one year. Please contact us at returns@expressionsdesbijoux.com.

Place the item(s) in the original packaging and enclose the Return Form (RF) as well as the Original Invoice.

Make sure the outer box is completely sealed.

We strongly recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery or FedEx or any other secure special delivery to return your items to us, as we cannot be held responsible for any item(s) which do not reach us.

Ensure that you write the below address clearly on the paperwork that the item is being returned, and send to:

Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for any carriage costs incurred in returning your jewellery, except when returning damaged items.

You will be given the option to have the items replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded.

All returns for any particular order must be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping charges to you. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.

You will be charged for any difference in cost of exchanged item(s) and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.

Once we have received and inspect the item(s) we will refund the price of the items ,as paid by you, to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the item(s).

Please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed once they reach our warehouse and a further 3 days for any refund to appear in your account.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EC).
