Delivery & Shipments

Your security is of paramount importance to us so we have made sure you can buy with confidence.

Orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or to a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.

For security purposes all our delivery methods require a signature.

We are currently not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases.

Only one charge will be made for your order providing all items are delivered to the same address. If you require multiple delivery addresses then please contact us at orders@expressionsdesbijoux.com to arrange.

FREE DELIVERY on orders over £250

FREE RETURNS if items are faulty. Please refer to Returns Policy here.

We dispatch all orders as soon as possible subject to product availability and clearance of payment. Please note we may need to contact you to carry out security checks. If we are unable to contact you using the phone number given, it may delay your order.

Deliveries will need to be signed for in person. In the event that no one is available to receive a Special Delivery item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection point.

We are not VAT registered 

Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.


Delivery in UK 1-2 days

  • Order must be received and payment cleared by 12 noon.
  • Delivery time is subject to product availability and clearance of payment.
  • Delivery needs to be signed for in person
  • We may need to contact you to carry out security checks. If we are unable to contact you using the telephone number given, this may delay your order.
  • Delivery address is the address where you will be at the time of delivery.
  • Transactions are processed in British Pounds
  • Please note that orders placed after 12noon Friday will be delivered on Tuesday
  • UK standard delivery with in 1-2 days for all orders of £250 and under costs £7
  • UK standard delivery with in 1-2 days for all orders above £250 costs £0

London Same day Delivery

  • London same day delivery is not available on Saturday and Sunday.
  • London same day delivery, for all orders costs £20
